Excellent Location and Clean Rooms!

convenient locationfriendly staffclean room
I found the location very convenient. It is close to the train station and many food places. The staff members were friendly and polite too. The rooms were clean with fresh towels I used after showers. Toiletries were always available for use.
The WiFi signal was sometimes weak so I had some trouble loading websites.
Dining
9/10
There are multiple dining options nearby, so grabbing a meal was never a problem. I could choose from many cuisines, and I found several restaurants open late, which suited my schedule perfectly.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides a free water dispenser on the ground floor, so I could fill my water bottle easily before heading out, and this saved me from buying bottled water, which I appreciated greatly.
Rooms
9/10
My room was on the 17th floor and offered good views. I especially appreciated the high glass windows. I could see the surrounding hilltops and buildings in the area. the room included two single beds with comfortable beddings.
Service
10/10
The housekeeping service was very thorough. My room was cleaned daily, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. I also appreciated that the hotel offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

the staff provided friendly service. the location is great, close to the yau ma tei mtr station and shops. i appreciated the hotel's commitment to being green, with no single-use plastic items and water refill stations available in the lobby.
the internet connection was not reliable at times
Rooms
9/10
The room was very clean and tidy with pleasing finishes. It included two comfortable single beds with clean linens and pillows. a large tv with informative channels. there was also a clean, white washroom provided with a bathtub, including aromatic, vegan body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Facilities
8/10
the a21 bus from the airport stops within a short walk. the mtr station is also very close, providing easy access to transportation. a minor issue is that the coffee machine brews each cup individually, so it can take a while during busy times.
Location
9/10
the hotel's location is quite strategic with proximity to both the metro and bus lines. there is a water dispenser available, which adds to the convenience. overall, i found the location to be very satisfactory for getting around.
